This award winning American Pale Ale starts with our water treatment, we add just the right amounts of minerals and salts to ensure our chemistry is right. A combination of light malts (Maris Otter, Crystal and Cara) ensure we have the best base for our hop additions. Hop additions are extensive but remain well balanced bringing out the flavours and aromas of American hops such as Simcoe, Azacca and Chinook. Citrus, Pine, Mango, Passion Fruit…… They are all in there. Complex, balanced, refreshing.
